We have six backyard ducks and they are laying like crazy! We feed them organic feed, kitchen scraps, and they actively forage on wild greens and bugs. Turns out Caitlin is allergic, so we have an abundance.
They are great in baking! Slightly larger and richer than chicken eggs.
