Administrative Assistant

The responsibility of the administrative assistant is to handle the organizational and clerical office tasks for Livingston Street.

On-going tasks include:

  • Pay bills
  • Purchase groceries/snacks for classroom, and other needed event supplies
  • Laundry
  • Review child and staff files, and inform director of forms which need updating
  • Invoice CCAP
  • Check mail
  • File
  • When needed, update and replenish attendance sheets, and create/update other forms as needed
  • Keep office organized
  • Update Website
  • Schedule appointments (Annual fire inspection, tree canopy cleaning, etc)
  • Work with ED to compile forms for NYS daycare license renewal
  • Review tuition payments/ deposit checks
  • Answer the phone and return callsĀ 

Livingston Street is looking for the administrative assistant to work approximately 10 hours per week for $25/hour.
